"It is more important to know where you are going, than to get there quickly".
I have been absolutely living by this quote.
It might mean that this whole process is taking a little longer than expected but I really want it to be right. What would be the point of creating something that I wouldn't want to wear myself? (Answer: None)
I want the fabrics to be just right. They need to be of a high quality and durable. I want them to last and be comfortable. I want them to look amazing... something that even I'd choose to wear over anything else.
I haven't been able to set a launch date yet as I still haven't decided upon the items for the initial range. I am hoping have more clarity when the next batch of samples arrive.
It has all been such a learning curve every step of the way. From getting the name, the logo, the branding, the website, the clothes, the materials, the designs, the stitching, the printing, the packaging, the photography, the constant social media. All of it is really never ending... and none of it has come second nature to me.
I know it will all be worth it in the end, as I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that this will be successful.
So I will just continue on with product development in order to be proud of what I have created.
